Angela watched as Hadji E-Mailed Dr.Quest. Soon she wasn't in the
bed she was lying on, but in the mists of Avalon. The blue/green mist
swirled around her, lifting her just above the water and off her ankle.
"So Angela... Angel, did you dispose of him yet?"
	"Well, hello to you too."
"Angel cut the chat, I am a very busy man."
"Man? I thought you were a Magic?" Soon her ankle throbbed
intensely.
	"Angela..."
	"I haven't killed him yet."
"Well do it!" And with that she appeared back on the bed. She
looked at Hadji, still typing on the laptop.
"He didn't notice..." she whispered. And gave a sigh in relief.

Steven Lancaster left the stuffy office and went to a more
pleasurable place, back to Avalon. No sooner had he stepped inside the
palace then Puck greeted him with a scowl.
"Why did you take Angela?" he asked stubbornly, very unusual for
the playful Puck.
"Why Puck, I have no idea what you talking about." he smirked as
he pushed past Puck. Puck stopped him.
"Look, I was there when she left. And with these ears you don't
miss much, no matter where on the globe."
"So I took her. I needed her assistance."
"Why didn't you ask for it? Why take it?"
"She would have never come voluntarily, now if you don't mind-" He
tried to walk away but Puck stopped him.
"But I do, she is one of the best friends I have, I don't want her
hurt, and I know you too well Steve."
	"I, for once, don't care."
Puck quickly changed attitude, "You bore me Stevie, got to run,
er, fly, er transport, whatever." And he left. Leaving Steven to himself,
like he wanted.

Puck appeared in the bedroom where Angela lay. Seeing her lying
there he conjured up dozens of bouquets of flowers, nearly hiding him, and
a small mountain of 'Get Well' cards on her nightstand.
"Oh I missed you ImissedyouImissedyou!" he said as he dropped the
flowers all over her.
"Ya, I missed you to, now go before-" Puck looked at the doorway.
Hadji came through.
	"Who are you?" Hadji asked.
"Puck, master of fun, chaos and.. fun, you are?"
"Hadji Singh. I must ask you to leave."
"Hadji don't," Angela said, "This is a friend of mine, I use the
term 'friend' loosely." She gave Puck a side long glance.
"Har har, I missed you too."
"Hadji... this is Puck, one of my many brothers in Avalon."
Hadji looked at him for a moment, puzzled, he shook off the
feeling and left. Neela called for him downstairs.
"Now why are you in bed? Step on a needle or something?"
	"I sprained my ankle."
Puck laughed, "You can't sprain your ankle!"
She looked into his eyes, "You can if some of your powers are
gone."
"Who did it?" Puck said, a little ticked.
	"Who else, Steven."
"That little- poor excuse for a-"
Neela entered the room. "The Quest's are here."
Hadji entered first as the rest came in behind him.
"Who is that pointy eared guy?" Jonny rudely asked.
"And he thinks my ears are pointy." Puck joked. Jessie let out a
stifled laugh.
	"Puck..." Angela said.
	"What?!" Jonny replied.
"I had a feeling about this," Benton said, "Jonny look in the
mirror." he said, a huge grin on his face. Jonny let out a yelp as he saw,
what looked like, two long, blonde, rabbit ears coming from his head.
"Well, you can sell that eavesdropping satellite Benton." Race
joked.
"Puck, fix him." she said, obviously not amused.
"Fine, fine." he smiled. "Once was there now return, A lesson I
have hoped you learned." Soon Jonny's ears where back to normal, Jessie
laughed very hard.
	"Ha ha chuckles." he moaned
"Your ears... HUGE!" and she laughed again. Doubling over.
Benton looked at Angela with some supplies he brought.
"Unusual body temperature, a heart beat, I don't hear breathing
either, but there is oxygen in the blood..." he said, looking at the tests
before him.
"Well she isn't human DUH!" Puck said.
"I swear if I EVER get my full powers back I will kill Steven!"
she yelled.
"Steven?" Benton asked "Out of curiosity, Steven Lancaster?"
Race laughed, "The guy is a jerk Benton, but he's not-"
"- A Magic? I'm afraid your wrong Mr. Bannon." Puck sighed.
"Well fur on a catfish!" (I had to add that somewhere!)
"He is..." Angela hung on the words, she didn't want to tell him,
to tell Hadji," He sent me here to wipe out your family, one by one. Hadji
was going to be the first."
	"Angela, you know Oberon's law."
"You can't kill a fellow Magic, I know."
Puck slapped his head "Angela, look at the boy." he shuffled Hadji
over to Angela.
"Its Hadji." she said, somewhat confused. Puck groaned.
"Do you remember the boy we found? BEFORE this happened?"
"The boy was- oh my God... Hadji..." her voice trailed.
	"What about Hadji?" Jessie asked.
" Hadji my boy, see that pen on the desk, you can lift that
right?"
"Yes..." his own voice trailed, "You think I'm a Magic? That is
impossible!" Puck transported him to the hall filled with the pictures of
his dead relatives, back to the end.
"Okay see that guy? Very sad story. He loved a human girl and
married her. She didn't want to live in Avalon so he made her a palace.
And many came to live here as well."
	"Bangalore."
"And Bangalore was his name O. B-A-N-G- well whatever, you get the
point. Well their lovely little half Fae met a lovely little mortal, and
so on until the history of their Magic ancestry soon became a myth, then a
forgotten myth. And so on. But you mother is a descendent. As you know
her powers are greater than yours."
"But Magic's are immortal, if that was true some of my relatives
are alive."
"Some... Bangalore was poisoned, but who we don't know. His food
laced with iron dust. Some say suicide because he wanted to die. Others of
your family, some with more magic, are still alive, but with different
lives. Forgetting Bangalore altogether." Hadji nodded, finally
understanding. Soon they were back in the room.
"Well since nothing but mortals have been introduced into this
family they magical powers have become weaker and weaker, your the last to
have any magic. Weak but there." he reexplained for the benefit of the
others.
"Hadji is part Magic?" Benton said.
"Duh, science boy. And since he cannot be killed... well by Magic
anyways-"
"He can be killed, but it isn't allowed, not by our kind anyways."
"Steven doesn't care!" she yelled, near tears. And at that moment
a swirl of deep blue, almost black, smoke rose from the ground.
"You called?" Steven laughed. "It now seems you've become more and
more valuable to me Angela."
She looked at him with pure hate, "Go to Hell Steven."
"Now now Angela, there are children in here."
"Who are you calling a kid?!" Jonny said.
"You." a puff of green smoke went up. When it faded a small, five
year old, blonde boy stood there.
	"Meanie." he whined.
	"Change him back!" Angela yelled.
	"Nope."
Angela tried, succeeding into making him seven. "I'm sorry, my
powers-"
"That's all right." Hadji whispered. The little Jonny walked up to
Steven and before the rest could hold him back, Jonny kicked him in the
shin.
	"Ouch you little-" Steven cried.
Puck smiled "I'm starting to like you kid." he smirked. Another
plume of smoke rose, making Jonny his normal age.
"Thanks Puck... I think." he smirked as Jessie hugged him, holding
her as well for a moment, becoming conscious of their surroundings they
quickly stopped.
"Benton, Benton, Benton. So you know my little secret. And what
good will it do you?"
	"Plenty." he smirked.
"That's bull Benton, we both know it."
"Well since you are a Magic there are things that kill you, iron,
for example, found in every day foods..."
	"Don't test me Benton."
"You seem to forget WHAT I do, I'm a phenomenologist. I study
mythical creatures, unexplained things. I probably have a whole shelf of
books devoted to your kind, spells, weaknesses, the list goes on and on-"
Steven smiled "Okay Benton, you got me. I surrender." He put up
his arms, a grin spread across his face, the muscles in Puck's body
tensed. Quickly Steven lunged for Angela and held her, a small switch
blade came from his sleeve.
"I assure you this blade is Iron, it can kill mortal and Magic."
he looked at Hadji from the corner of his eye, keeping his eyes mainly
focused on Angela.
"You have been a very naughty girl." and in a more sinister voice
added, "and for that you WILL be punished." and both disappeared in a
cloud of smoke.
Puck looked at the disappearing plume, worry spread across his
face. "This isn't good." he said.
"What can happen to her? She has just as much magic as Steven."
"More." Puck replied, "but that doesn't matter, he can control her
magic with a flute, The Flute of the Angels, Angela's flute. With that he
controls her, it was meant for mortals to use, since they live short lives
and can't do much damage, did you know there was 40 world rulers? Anyways,
Through that flute he can torture her." he took a shallow breath, "He can
even kill her." Hadji's calm appearance that was always on his face
vanished with a look of pure hate.
	"Where is he?"
	"Avalon."
	"Take us there."
"You sure kid? In Avalon, your magic equals that of a fairy...
with reminds me I need to pick up some bug spray."
Hadji looked at the others "I cannot speak for the rest of you
though."
"Dammit Hadj, of course we'll go." Jessie nodded.
"Boy, after everything you do for us we'd be crazy NOT to go."
Race said.
"He's right Hadji." Benton put his hand on his shoulder. Puck
nodded.
"All aboard! Next stop Avalon! please put all small animals in the
cargo area, that means you hormone boy." he said to Jonny. Jonny groaned,
"This will be fun."

Soon they arrived in the mists of Avalon.
"Geez Hadji, have I ever told you that you taste in women is
terrible."
"My taste in women is just as bad as your bleach job." he said.
	"Very funny Hadji."
	"Thank-you my friend."
Jonny rolled his eyes while Race smiled at Hadji
Boy learns more every second. he thought and they continued
through the forests of Avalon.
